Stashi Stitches is born with a purpose to delight our customers. So when Nelly Brun, from Newyork USA approached us for what she wanted, we heard it loud and clear.
Step 1: The Choice of Design
When Nelly contacted us, her first question was if we could stitch the jacket in the design of her choice. We asked her to share the design inspiration that we discussed with our pattern-making team.
Step2: Personalization Instructions
Nelly delivered clear instructions on how she wanted the design to be changed. She wanted a different collar style and a different details in shoulders which was easy for us to achieve
Step 3: The Color Selection
Although the original design color was black, Nelly wanted her jacket in a different color. So we showed her our color swatches and she selected ibory
Step 4: Internal Lining
Nelly wanted her internal lining in plain silk fabric but with quilted details. She chose antique brass color
Step 5: Fasteners Selection
We offered her 7 choices of fasteners from available stock and she chose the one that matched closely with internal lining color
Step 6: Videos and Pics of the Final Product
As with all customers, we showed Nelly the final stitched jacket. She later on wanted an additional internal pocket which we stitched for her and after getting her satisfaction, we shipped her jacket on the given address
